Application No.6414 of 2023 in Arb.O.P.No.10 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking to extend the time for another three months to pass an arbitral award by the learned Sole Arbitrator in Arb.O.P.No.10 of 2021 pending between the applicant company and the respondent.

Considering the nature of the dispute referred to the sole arbitrator and the arbitral proceedings is under process and also considering the limited relief of extension of time sought in the present application, this application is ordered and further three months time is granted to the Sole Arbitrator to conclude the arbitral proceedings in Arb.O.P.No.10 of 2021 and pass appropriate final award thereon. All other conditions imposed by order dated 10.11.2021 in Arb.O.P.No.10 of 2021 shall remain unaltered.
