This Court, vide judgment dated 14.11.2019 passed in Crl.Appeal No.737 of 2019, granted bail to the petitioner/appellant on condition to stay at Trichy and report before Palakarai Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. everyday until further orders. Seeking relaxation of the said condition, the petitioner/appellant has come up with the present Miscellaneous Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that though the petitioner/appellant is facing difficulty in staying at Trichy and appearing before Palakarai Police Station, everyday, he has been regularly complying with the said condition imposed by this Court, till date.

3. The submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant has been conceded by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition to the effect that the petitioner / appellant shall stay at Trichy and report before the Palakarai Police Station, everyday at 10.30 am, till 31.12.2019 and thereafter, he shall appear before the first respondent / Police, everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders, without fail.

5.This petition is accordingly ordered.
