JUDGMENT
(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal is preferred against the order dated 28.11.2019 made in W.P.No.28667 of 2019.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the writ appeal has become infructuous.
3.In view of the above, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
