O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction, to issue a directions to the 1st and 2nd respondents to investigate the matter FIR in Cr.No.29/2019 dated 02.04.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein in accordance with law and file a final report within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 02.04.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, the respondents police are directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
