(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 622 days in re-presenting the above writ appeal.

2. Though this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, considering the delay in re-presenting the above appeal, delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the credit of Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within a week's time from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
