This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending investigation in Cr.No.355 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with the possession of 21 Kilograms of Ganja and 31 1⁄2 ton of banned Tobacco product. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
