This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl MP No.1188 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31627 of 2024 dated 29.01.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police every first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl MP No.1188 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31627 of 2024 dated 29.01.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
