ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to fix an early date for hearing and disposing of the writ petition in W.P. No.15224 of 2022.

2. It is to be noted that the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the underlying writ petition in the year 2022 claiming that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of the Hon'ble Surpreme Court in Bimlesh Tanwar vs. State of Haryana reported in (2003) 5 SCC 604. However, no plausible explanation is given as to why the petitioner had not approached this Court at an earlier point of time and had to wait till the year 2022. Since, the petitioner has taken his own time to approach this Court, this Court is of the view that the petitioner cannot be given preference over the other pending matters of earlier years for taking up the underlying writ petition for hearing, out 2/4

of turn.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed for fixing an early date of hearing is dismissed.
