This petition is filed to permit the appellant to implead the fifth respondent, i.e. the District Collector as necessary party as arrayed in the C.M.A preferred by the appellant as against the orders passed in MCOP.No.22 of 2017 dated 12.09.2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapatinam.

2.Mr.G.Pugazhenthi, learned counsel entered appearance for respondents 1 to 3, Ms.S.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel entered appearance for the fourth respondent. 3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4.Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the newly impleaded fifth respondent.

5.The Registry is required to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title.
