This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 31.03.2016, passed by this Court, in which, this Court had dismissed the above writ petition for non-prosecution.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. The writ petition is of the year 2003. It is seen from the records that the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution in the year 2016. Thereafter, only in the year 2017, the petition in W.M.P.No.32627/2013 to condone the delay in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal of the writ petition was filed and the same was ordered in the year 2018 i.e., 22.01.2018. Immediately, the petitioner has not taken steps to bring the petition to set aside the order of dismissal. Only in the year 2022, the petition to set aside the order of dismissal was numbered, which shows the petitioner's lethargic attitude in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
