ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for enabling the petitioner to surrender and furnish sureties to comply the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No. 18044 of 2025 by an order dated 18.08.2025.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for petitioner and learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondent appeared. The

learned counsel for petitioner submitted that due to his ill-health, he is unable to surrender and arrange the sureties within a stipulated time and now he is ready to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate. Hence, he has filed this petition for extension of time.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioner herein, this Court is inclined to extend time for the period of two weeks to surrender and to furnish sureties before the concerned Magistrate in Crl.
