The present Application has been filed to to condone the delay of 51 days in filing the Written Statement of D1 and Adoption Memo of D2 and D3 in C.S.No.128 of 2024.

2. Ms.Jayasudha, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that she has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.1549 of 2025 in C.S.No.128 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
