ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioners by this Court in para No.5 [b] in Crl.OP.No.23085 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted bail in Crl.OP.No.23085 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025 with a condition that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police at 10.30 a.m, until further orders". He further submits that the petitioners have been unable to appear before the respondent police due to the serious threats, which engender apprehension regarding the petitioners' safety. Accordingly, the learned counsel seeks necessary modification of the said condition. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.23085 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025 is modified to that effect that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the K-10, Police Station, Koyambedu, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
