ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to cancel the documents in Document Re-conveyance Deed No.2741 of 2015, dated 16.3.2015 and Document Rectification Deed No.3214 of 2015, dated 25.3.2015 registered on the file of the 3rd respondent as per the Circular No.67 dated 3.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent based on the representations of the petitioner dated 4.6.2015 8.3.2016 and 22.4.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Spl. Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that this petition has been filed based on the the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by Inspector General of Registration and the same has already been withdrawn on 20.10.2017 and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

Government Pleader, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
