Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for consumption of electricity for 13 days electricity, a sum of Rs.7,93,588/- has been demanded by the respondent/Electricity Board. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner has paid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the entire amount demanded by the respondent/Electricity Board and nothing further survives for consideration in this matter. 3.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. It is made clear that if any amount is due to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent/Electricity Board, it is open to the respondents to demand the same from the petitioner, in accordance with law.
