This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23149 of 2024 by an order dated 23.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in C.C.No.49 of 2024, before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Coimbatore District.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23149 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Coimbatore District in connection with C.C.No.49 of 2024 on the 2nd working day of January 2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
