2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime numbers on 28.10.2017 and 31.12.2016 respectively, no final reports are filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final reports respectively, within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final reports or closure reports, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the orders under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
