Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that W.A.No.182 of 2023, which involves an identical issue as raised in this appeal, is likely to be taken up for hearing and, therefore, the delay may be condoned and the appeal may be tagged along with the connected appeal.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the connected appeal is likely to be taken up for hearing and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 103 days in filing the appeal is condoned. C.M.P.No.192 of 2023 is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order, and tag it along with W.A.No.182 of 2023.
