ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem to recall the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner without insisting his presence in S.C.No.138 of 2013.

2. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court (III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem) and file a petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such surrender and filing of the petition, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the said petition (either to allow or dismiss) on the same day, without any adjournment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
