ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Thirunavukarasu, R.C.No.288 of 2019 was issued and only for enquiry purpose, the petitioner was called. Hence, the petitioner was not subjected to any harassment. He further submitted that after enquiry, the said complaint was closed and hence, the question of harassment does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
