ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to grant leave for 30 days without escort to her son/the detenu Surya, son of Rajagopal bearing Convict No.22577, confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore. (2)The son of the petitioner herein is a convict prisoner. The petitioner, mother of the detenu has submitted a representation dated 06.11.2023 seeking 30 days leave for her son without escort. (3)The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the said representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023 has been considered and rejected by the 3rd respondent vide order dated 27.11.2023. He has also produced a copy
of the order dated 27.11.2023 before this Court. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also served a copy of the said order to the learned counsel for the petitioner before us.
