Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of declaration to declare in the entire adjudicating proceedings conducted by the 1st respondent in the case of the petitioners 1 to 15 pursuant to the original complaint O.C.No.695 of 2017 dated 23.02.2017 filed by the 3rd respondent before the 1st respondent under Section 5(5) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, are illegal, without jurisdiction and non est in the eye of law on the principle of coram non judice due to lack of coram of the 1st respondent as per Section 6(2) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and consequently forbear the 1st respondent from proceeding with the adjudicating proceedings under Section 8 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 in O.C.No.695 of 2017 dated 23.02.2017.
