ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P. No. 1026 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025, directing the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for 30 days from the next day of execution of bond before the Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is also involved in another case and he is appearing before the Inspector of Police, Avadi Cyber Crime Police Station, Avadi City CCD-I, he could not comply the present condition imposed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reported that they have also verified that the petitioner is reporting before the Inspector of Police, Avadi Cyber Crime Police Station, Avadi City CCD-I. 4.

Considering the same, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall also report before the Inspector of Police, Avadi Cyber Crime Police Station, Avadi City CCD-I, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in respect of the crime No.2 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.
