] It is now represented that the main appeal in W.A.No.1007 of 2017 itself was dismissed by this Court by judgment dated 22.11.2018. Therefore, this miscellaneous petition does not survive and hence, dismissed.

2.It is also represented W.A.No.921 of 2017 was also dismissed by this Court by judgment dated 22.11.2018. Therefore, Registry is directed to remove W.A.Nos.921 of 2017 and 1007 of 2017 from the cause list.

3.Post Rev.Appl.No.191 of 2023 and the connected appeals for hearing on 25.09.2024.
