ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 30.09.2019, wherein the petitioners have sought for transfer of patta in their name and to pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.

The case of the petitioners is that the subject property was originally owned by their father and he expired in the year 1987. Thereafter, the patta was transferred in the name of their mother in Patta No.370. The mother of the petitioners died in the year 2017, thereby the petitioners become the absolute owners of the property. The petitioners submitted a representation on 30.09.2019 seeking for transferring the patta in 2/5

their name. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate orders.

Heard Mr.G.Thangavel. learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 30.09.2019 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all relevant documents and also with the copy of this order.

With the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
