ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in M.R.No.922/16-17 dated 30.10.2017 and quash the same and thereby forbear the respondents from proceeding to collect the stamp duty in respect of the document No.2229/2013 registered in the office of the 3rd respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.11.2022 dhk Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No 2/3
