This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27243 of 2023 by order dated 11.12.2023 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 312 days.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police for more than 312 days, the condition imposed in the present case is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
