ORDER
The petitioner seeks expeditious dispose of E.P.No.13 of 2025 in I.D.No.15 of 2018.
2.Considering the limited relief sought for in the revision, I am inclined to dispense with notice to the respondent. 1/4
3.The counsel for the petitioner states that the proceedings were initiated way back in the year 2018 and this Court by order dated 07.08.2024 in W.P.No.28881 of 2022 directed reinstatement alongwith continue to service and back wages. The said order has not been complied with and hence, the petitioner has initiated the execution proceedings in E.P.N.13 of 2025 in I.D.No.15 of 2018. The Hon'ble Supreme Court had also issued directions to all Executing Courts to dispose of execution petitions within a period of six months. The Execution Petition is pending from March, 2025.
4.In the light of the above, I am inclined to direct the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of E.P.No.13 of 2025 in I.D.No.15 of 2018 by end of January, 2026 on merits and in accordance with law.
