This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions [a] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.26253 of 2024 by order dated 22.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation has also been completed and final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvannamalai.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvannamalai, on the second working day of January, 2025 and thereafter the date fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvannamalai.
