This Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.216 of 2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that,the complaint closed as mistake of facts and RCS notice yet to be served. The Respondent is directed to serve the RCS notice to the Petitioner within a period of 7 days from today. On receipt of the RCS notice, it is open to the Petitioner herein to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
