ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for committing contempt of the order of this Court in WP.No.7237 of 2024 1/4

dated 20.03.2024, thereby the respondents therein were directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders to disburse the terminal benefits and pension within a time frame.

2. The contemnor is present before this Court and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent produced a photocopy of the register concerned showing the acknowledgment of the petitioner for receiving Rs.40,00,444/-. He therefore submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.7237 of 2024 dated 20.03.2024 has been complied with by the respondent.
