ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Tirukoilur, Villupuram District, for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.123 of 2009.

2. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in this revision petition, this court is of the view that no notice is necessary as no prejudice would be caused to the other side if a direction is issued to the court below for early disposal of the suit.

3. The petitioner is the 1st defendant in the suit. The respondent has filed the above said suit for partition and separate of possession of her 1/4 share in the suit schedule property. Although the suit is of the year 2009, till now, no significant progress in the trial of the suit. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in this revision petition and the fact that suit is pending since 2009, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tirukoilur, Villupuram District, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.123 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly with the above directions. No costs.
