Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SANKARANARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-

O R D E R

By order dated 26.10.2017, this Court, while admitting the appeal, granted an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner/insurance company deposits the entire award amount with proportionate interest and costs, within a period of eight weeks. 2.Today, when the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner / insurance company submitted that the petitioner/ insurance company has complied with the aforesaid conditional order.
