O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent furnished the copy of the letter signed by the writ petitioner and addressed to the Joint Director of the Horticulture.

2. It is contended that the grievance of the writ petitioner had already been redressed and therefore, the petitioner had given a letter to the competent authority, stating that he will withdraw the writ petition.

3. However, if any other grievance exists to the petitioner, he is at liberty to approach the competent authority in the manner known to law and accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of . There shall be no order as to costs.
