ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection on the ground that the petitioner is an auction purchaser under SARFAESI Act and the possession is also handed over to the petitioner, however, now, the fourth respondent is not allowing the petitioner to enter house.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has locked the house, however, when it is necessary, they will issue police protection.

3. Such view of the matter, the purchase of the property is made by way of Court auction, therefore, if necessary, police shall issue necessary protection. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. No costs. 17.09.2025 dhk :Yes/No Internet : Yes/No To 2/4
