ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner on 06.10.2023 for issuance of licence in respect of running of CHILLOUT FAMILY SALOON & SPA at No.112 Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar Road, Nandanam, Chennai 35.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 Corporation of Greater Chennai states that without representing the document, the petitioner filed an application seeking permission for Spa, hence, the application could not be considered. It is further stated that if application on requisite fee is submitted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
