When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this matter is covered by the Division Bench order of this Court in
W.P.Nos.15304 of 2019, etc. Batch dated 04.10.2019 and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also directed to send an e-mail to this effect to the Registry, which shall be kept in the bundle. No costs.
