Crl.M.P.No.19242 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.59173 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in C.M.P.No.2316 of 2021 in C.C.No.489 of 2017 by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, Coimbatore.

2. Mr.N.Baaskaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
