Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has already settled a major portion of the amount due to the petitioner and the amount to be payable to the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Rs.7,293/- towards leave surrender and Rs.4,500/- towards IRTT. To that effect, the

respondent has sent a communication dated 13.02.2020 to the petitioner and hence, it is for the petitioner to approach the respondent and collect the amount due to him. 2.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this contempt petition stands closed, directing the petitioner to go to the office of the respondent on 19.02.2020 and receive the amount as stated in the said communication dated 13.02.2020 sent by the respondent.
