This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2023 to survey the petitioner land within the stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

3. In the light of the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submissions of both the parties, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2023, after issuing notice the petitioner, adjacent land owners of the four boundaries of the subject matter of the land and interested parties/rival

claimants if any, as the case may be and conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. The abovesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
