PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.8597/2023 in S.T.C.No.7984/2023 dated 07.09.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate 4, Salem and set aside the same and consequently to direct a re-investigation in Cr.No.750 of 2023 registered on the file of the first respondent to be monitored by an officer not less than a rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police and to file a final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
