This writ petition is filed to call for the record pertaining in Na.Ka.No. 30 Aa. Kaa.Va. Aa.A/ 2023 dated 31.08.2023 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and to direct the first respondent to considered the petitioner's representation dated 4.09.2023 and convene the above said meeting in the same venue.
2. The petitioner herein has sought for permission to conduct the Annual General Body Meeting in the temple premises and also erect a Flag Pole and hoist the flag of their association.
3. The Inspector of Police, initially granted permission to the petitioner for the same, but thereafter, on 18.03.2023, there was clash 2/4
between two groups in that village and its investigation had disclosed that the clash was in connection with erecting a flag pole and hoisting flag in the temple premises which is common to all community in the village.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition. Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
