This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 243 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that he has got objection in allowing this petition.

4. The first petitioner would aver that due to demise of her husband in a road traffic accident that took place on 21.01.2021 and thereafter, due to financial constrains, she was not in a position to mobilize funds to prepare the appeal and hence, delay of 243 days occurred in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

5. Accepting the averments made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 243 days shall stand waived. 27.11.2025 Mac Note: Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel Mr.S.Arun Kumar, for second respondent in the cause list. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
