O R D E R

W.P.No.34207 of 2019 Since order has been passed in W.M.P.No.35918 of 2019 permitting the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Dhamapuri, and the delay is condoned, on conditions by this Court, nothing survives in this Writ Petition, before this Court. However, it is made clear, that the petitioner should file a regular appeal on or before 14.02.2020 and as per order in W.M.P.No.35918 of 2019 also produce a receipt for payment of cost Rs.5000/- to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Tamil Nadu, Legal Service Authority. Pending appeal proceedings, respondent may not take any coercive action against the petitioner. The District Revenue Officer, Dharmapuri may dispose of the appeal after it is presented on or before 14.02.2020 by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of the appeal.

2.With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
