This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl. O.P. No.16190 of 2023, dated 19.07.2023.

2.Mr.Manimaran, Inspector of Police, Poombuhar Police Station, Mayiladuthurai District was also present at the time of hearing. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the investigation was completed and a referred charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tharangampadi after serving the RCS notice on the defacto complainant. A copy of the notice was also placed before this Court. 4.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the RCS filed by the respondent police, the petitioner can workout his remedy by filing a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Court. 03.01.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No ssr To 1.The Inspector of Police, Poombuhar Police Station, Mayiladuthurai District.
