The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2017 and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to show the CCTV footage to the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2017. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
