CMP.No.1697 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 483 days in filing a Petition to bring on record the 5th to 7th Respondents as legal heirs of the deceased P.Sadasivam in the above AS.No.431 of 2011. 2.CMP.No.1700 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th Respondent P.Sadasivam in the above AS.No.431 of 2011.

3.CMP.No.1702 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 5th to 7th herein as the legal representative of the deceased P.Sadasivam and rank them as R6 to R8 in the above AS.No.431 of 2011. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Counter affidavit filed by the first Respondent.

5.There is no dispute with regard to the factum of death of P.Sadasivam.
