Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to prepare a separate list of minority students seeking admission in the respective minority institutions in order of merits for the state quota as per the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in W.P. [Civil] No.267 of 2017, thereby enabling the petitioner to get admitted in the fourth respondent institution for the MBBS Course.
