WMP(MD) No. 22416 of 2022 It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to vacate the order of stay passed earlier in the WMP(MD).No. 19265 of 2022 in
WP(MD). No. 25165 of 2022 dated 07.11.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper cirumstances of the case and thus render justie.
