Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner to carry on stone quarrying operation in respect of the lands bearing S.F.No.293/3 (Part-2) ad-measuring 1.00 acre in Karigiri Village, Gudiyatham Taluk for a further period of five years pursuant to the amended Rule 8(8) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959 on payment of enhanced lease amount.
